WELCOME LUNCHEON FOR THE ISRAELI KNESSET DELEGATION
During the recent visit of the delegation from the Israeli Knesset to Taiwan, Mr. Jeffrey Schwartz, the founder of the "Jeffrey D. Schwartz Jewish Community Center", was also invited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to participate. Together, they welcomed the delegation and showcased the vibrant development of local Jewish community centers in Taiwan.
Furthermore, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Joseph Wu, personally hosted a banquet to extend a warm welcome to the visiting members of the parliamentary delegation.
Coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Taiwan and Israel, the visit of the cross-party Israeli parliamentary delegation underscores the close and steadfast friendship between the two nations.
Taiwan has long been regarded as one of the most friendly countries to the Jewish people, and the "Jeffrey D. Schwartz Jewish Community Center" has become a shining example within the international Jewish community.
Looking ahead, we anticipate not only the continuation of mutually beneficial cooperation between Taiwan and Israel, but also our ongoing efforts to build strong bridges of friendship for the global Jewish community.
