The Spirit of a Shared Table｜Jubilee Biomedical’s Kosher Dinner at JCC

Last week, Jubilee Biomedical hosted a private event at our Kosher Culinary Lab, combining a product showcase with a kosher buffet dinner. As a saying in Jewish culture goes: “The table is a bridge.” That evening, through food and conversation, people drew closer together.

We are especially grateful to Ms. Judy Lee, Chairwoman of Jubilee Biomedical and a board member of the Taiwan-Israel Chamber of Commerce. After attending a gala at JCC, she became one of our most heartfelt ambassadors—spreading the word from one to another with warmth and generosity. This kind of sharing beautifully reflects the Jewish value of Hachnasat Orchim—the sacred act of welcoming guests.
