A Kosher Culinary Journey: Exquisite Dining During AIPAC’s Taiwan Visit

During the four-day AIPAC visit to Taiwan, the JTCA Kosher Culinary Lab prepared a full spectrum of dining experiences for all guests. From delicate appetizers and individual meal boxes to large-scale catering, including both buffet and family-style dining, every event showcased the refinement and dedication of kosher cuisine.

Each dish amazed guests with its presentation, flavor, and carefully selected ingredients, reflecting the team’s professionalism and creativity. Rabbi Steinmetz, who spent 13 years at the White House and has worked with countless catering teams, praised JTCA’s Kosher Culinary Lab as the most delicious and sophisticated he has ever experienced, even calling it “Glatt Kosher.” Glatt Kosher signifies the highest standard of kosher certification, ensuring ingredients, preparation, and cooking processes strictly adhere to Jewish dietary laws.

This recognition is the highest honor for the JTCA team and allowed every visiting guest to experience the richness and authenticity of Jewish culinary tradition.
