JTCA（Jewish Taiwan Cultural Association） is pleased to introduce a new selection of Kosher Black Feather Native Chicken, offering members of the Jewish community, our members, and all who appreciate kosher cuisine the opportunity to enjoy premium chicken prepared in accordance with Jewish dietary law here in Taiwan.
The Black Feather Native Chicken is carefully selected for its mature growth, firm yet tender texture, balanced distribution of natural fat, and rich, juicy flavor. Whether roasted, braised, or pan-seared, it offers exceptional taste and quality, making it a premium choice for a wide variety of dishes.

Every batch of kosher chicken is prepared in accordance with strict kosher requirements, including:

• Careful inspection of every chicken after slaughter to ensure it meets kosher standards.
• A Koshering process that removes blood through salting and related procedures, as Jewish dietary law prohibits the consumption of blood.
• Supervision by a Rabbi throughout the entire process to ensure full compliance with kosher requirements.
