February 4 — JCC was honored to host the geothermal cooperation signing ceremony between Jin Jin Sheng Energy Service Co., Ltd. and Ormat. The event was graciously attended by Mr. Aviv Dorn, Head of the Israel Economic and Trade Office in Taipei, whose presence added distinguished international significance to this historic collaboration.

The venue was exclusively reserved at the Kosher Culinary Lab. Following the afternoon signing ceremony, JCC arranged a guided tour to Jewish culture for leading executives from Taiwan’s energy industry, offering them a concise overview of Jewish tradition and the significance of the Synagogue.

In the evening, guests were served a plated fine dining kosher menu, allowing them to experience the refinement of kosher cuisine while further engaging with Jewish cultural heritage.
